At Nativity Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you’re not, please follow the below process for initiating exchange & return of your order. 


The exchange request has to be raised within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
You need to enter the order number & your email/registered phone number. You can exchange the same product in a different color/size option or you can exchange with a different product from our catalog.

· We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece delivered. The exchange process will start as soon as we receive the returned product.

· The product should be unused/unworn and a request should be raised within 7 days of delivery

· We have a free exchange policy.

· No request will be taken for the products that are getting exchange for the second time. 


If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to raise the request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s). We will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin codes). Customer will be liable to pay the delivery charges in case of return. 



Exchange & Return Policy


We try our best to deliver the best product to you. We do all the quality and hygiene checks before dispatching the products to you. However, we have a exchange and return policy in place to handle the corner cases – 

· If an incorrect item is being sent to you, we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. 

· If the product received has some manufacturing defect.

· Refund process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return at our end.

· Post receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 3-5 working days.

· If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same back product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.

· The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Nativity Clothing and accepts Nativity Clothing’s decision regarding the return validation that is – if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.


Please make sure that the products to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, or gift cards. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

· Custom made products/Products personalized to your requirement

· On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.
